Arrived Damaged: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork arrives damaged, simply take a quick photo of the damaged item and email it to us at sonsofborinquenstudio@gmail.com. Once received, we'll either send you a replacement or process a full refund, based on your preference.
Unhappy with Your Purchase: We want you to love your art as much as we loved creating it. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to the address on the label. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a prompt refund.

- We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments to ensure a reliable and trackable delivery service.

Delivery Timeframe:
- While USPS allows up to 30 days for delivery from the moment it's turned into the post office, our experience shows that deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.

- To minimize our environmental impact and ensure your artwork's safety, we use recycled tubes from local shops. These sturdy cardboard tubes provide excellent protection during transit.
